🧠 1 minute of inspiration – just for you!
Easter gave us rest, warmth, and beautiful moments. Now we bring that same energy into our classroom with a playful, imaginative technique, perfect for speaking practice and vocabulary:
  • Who am I? (Or What am I?)
Technique: Secret Role with Questions

 

🎭 How it works:
1. Each student secretly receives a role or an object on a card. (Why not use a word from their spelling list?)
2. The others ask yes/no questions to figure out who or what they are.
3. The “mystery role” answers carefully, without revealing themselves.
4. Whoever guesses correctly wins and takes the next turn!

 

📦 Sample Object Ideas:
book – fridge – phone – key – umbrella, etc.

 

❓ Example Questions:
– Are you found inside the house?
– Do you keep things cold?
– Do we open you when we’re hungry?
(Answer: The fridge)

 

🧙‍♂️ Sample Dialogue:
  • Do you go inside doors? Yes.
  • Are you bigger than a hand? No.
  • Are you made of metal? Yes.

(Answer: The key)

💡 Extra tip:
For younger learners or beginners, you can offer a few ready-made question cards to help them get started without stress.
