But differently.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">As if we\u2019re walking barefoot across thoughts.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">As if we\u2019re digging through boxes of memories.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">As if we\u2019re holding a lantern, opening doors that had long been dark.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">You don\u2019t need much.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>A piece of paper.<\/li>\n<li>A pencil.<\/li>\n<li>And a little space inside you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">You can come alone.<br \/>\nOr bring someone you love.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Because sometimes, when we write side by side, <b>it\u2019s like letting our hearts touch.<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>I\u2019ll guide you.<\/b> One sentence at a time.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">And you\u2019ll let the words come find you.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Don\u2019t think. Don\u2019t judge. Don\u2019t edit.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Just write.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">And if you let go\u2026 you might just write something you never expected.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">All I\u2019ll ask is for <b>ten sentences.<\/b> No more. Not just its name, but its shades, its weight, the way it fills you.<\/li>\n<li>Write it down. And don\u2019t stop at one word. Add something more. Enough for someone reading to feel it, whether it\u2019s dark or light, still or moving.<\/li>\n<li>Describe it as if it were alive. As if it expands and fills the room. Make the reader see exactly what you see.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>Sentence 2.<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>Begin with the word \u201cSuddenly\u2026\u201d and describe a sound. <\/b>Any sound.<\/li>\n<li>What did it make you feel?<\/li>\n<li>Did it remind you of something?<\/li>\n<li>It could be anything, big or small. I\u2019m not giving you examples because this has to come from you. I want it raw. Yours. Let it carry you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>Sentence 3.<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>This one is a question. <\/b>One of those we ask without expecting an answer. The kind that help us just by being said out loud.<\/li>\n<li>Ask a question that fits with what you\u2019ve written so far. It can be one word or many. Just let it belong.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>Sentence 4 already!<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re almost halfway. <b>Time for a simile or metaphor. <\/b>A sentence with \u201clike\u2026\u201d or \u201cas if\u2026\u201d or \u201cjust like\u2026\u201d Something that helps your reader feel what you mean.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t be afraid to let a little magic in. Everything is possible, as long as you imagine it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>Sentence 5.<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>Bring in an animal. <\/b>But don\u2019t just describe it.<\/li>\n<li><b>Let it do something strange.<\/b> Something we wouldn\u2019t usually see it doing. Be bold. Be playful. I\u2019m sure your imagination sees things no one else can.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now grab your pencil. Let it fall on the paper. <b>Sentence 6.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s time to bring in <b>fear<\/b>. Not necessarily the kind that freezes you but maybe the quiet kind. The sneaky one. The fear that was never spoken out loud.<\/li>\n<li>It might be your own. The one that changes your voice when you try to speak it. Or one that came from someone\u2019s look. Something small in appearance but paralyzing in thought.<\/li>\n<li>Write it. Don\u2019t filter it. If it takes you somewhere painful, you\u2019re probably exactly where you need to be.<\/li>\n<li>You don\u2019t have to say the word fear. Let us feel it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>Sentence 7.<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>Now something simple but it might not be easy. <b>Write a secret.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Maybe it\u2019s your own but who would ever know? Maybe it belongs to a friend. Or maybe it\u2019s just something floating in your mind right now. Something someone might understand better only if they\u2019ve felt it too.<\/li>\n<li>Keep your voice soft, so the emotions don\u2019t get scared and hide again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>Sentence 8.<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>I\u2019ll give you more freedom here. <b>Start with \u201cEven if\/when\u2026\u201d <\/b>and let your heart finish the sentence. Don\u2019t rush. Take a breath. Close your eyes. See what comes next.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>Sentence 9.<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>Time for a detail.<\/b> A quiet scene. A glance, a movement. But it has to be small. A moment that might go unnoticed. Something humble. The kind of detail that doesn\u2019t make noise but holds weight.<\/li>\n<li>Write it down, and once you&#8217;re ready\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>Here\u2019s Sentence 10.<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>The final one. <b>Now write something that surprises us<\/b>. Something no one expects. A twist. A gasp. A \u201cWait&#8230; what?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>It can be something that feels impossible, but makes everything make sense. Something that, if it had been said in the beginning, none of the rest could\u2019ve been written the same way.<\/li>\n<li>Close your story with a step into the unknown. One sentence. Here are some touching, creative, and experiential ideas to help these stories come to life:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>1. \u201cRecording the Story\u201d<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>Each member of the group or family reads their story aloud.<\/li>\n<li>Use a phone or recorder to capture each voice.<\/li>\n<li>Add soft, cinematic music in the background.<\/li>\n<li>Combine the recordings into a shared audio file called \u201c<b>Our Voices<\/b>\u201d and upload it to a shared Padlet. Send the link to everyone via email. It becomes a memory that grows sweeter over time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>2. \u201cThe Story Wall\u201d<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>Create a wall or cozy corner in the classroom\/home titled: <b>\u201cWhat we don\u2019t say, we write\u201d<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Let students decorate their handwritten texts with colors or small drawings.<\/li>\n<li>They can remain anonymous if they wish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>3. Mapping Emotions<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>For every sentence, each child <b>chooses the emotion<\/b> it made them feel.<\/li>\n<li>They place them on an Emotion Map (e.g., 10 circles = 10 emotions).<\/li>\n<li>At the end, they reflect: Which part made them feel the strongest and why?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>7. The Fingers of the Story<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>Each finger represents one of the 10 sentences.<\/li>\n<li>As they recall or tell the story, they <b>touch each finger<\/b>, bringing the memory and feeling of that sentence into their body.<\/li>\n<li>A gentle, embodied way to feel the words.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>8. NLP Anchor: The Story Amulet<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>Invite each child to <b>choose a physical object<\/b> (a button, a stone, a piece of string).<\/li>\n<li>They \u201canchor\u201d their most powerful sentence to this object\u2014the part that moved them.<\/li>\n<li>They keep or wear it, to remember: \u201cThe strength is already inside me.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>9. Lips Only (Drama Game)<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>One in each pair acts as a narrator\u2014but without sound. They <b>mouth the story <\/b>and use facial expression only.<\/li>\n<li>The partner tries to read their silent story.<\/li>\n<li>This grows empathy and deepens non-verbal storytelling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>10. The Mirror of the Group<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<ul>\n<li>Each child gives their story to someone else.<\/li>\n<li>That person listens and then chooses a third person to <b>retell<\/b> it.<\/li>\n<li>The third person narrates the story back to the original writer.<\/li>\n<li>The writer then reflects: Is anything different? <b>Was anything missed?<\/b><\/li>\n<li>A powerful and delicate activity. Maybe yes. But maybe\u2026 <b>not just yet<\/b>. Because your imagination has a voice. It has sounds, images, memories &#8211; like no one else\u2019s. And this story, as beautiful as it may be, isn\u2019t yours. If you read it now, you might unknowingly step onto a path that didn\u2019t begin with you, but with someone else. <b>You might start to imitate it.<\/b> You might adjust your own emotions to fit someone else&#8217;s words. And you know what happens then? <b>The magic fades.<\/b><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">When the brain sees something already complete, it relaxes. You\u2019re just observing instead of expressing your own world.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The way we imagine, the frame, the sound of thought, the color of feeling, shapes our reality.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">If you let someone else paint it for you before you\u2019ve even begun&#8230; then <b>you\u2019re writing to imitate, not to remember who you are.<\/b><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">That\u2019s why I\u2019m telling you:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>Don\u2019t read it just yet.<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Write yours first.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Listen to your own breath, your own words.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Drop into your body. Ask it what it remembers.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>The story is already inside you<\/b>.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">It\u2019s just been waiting for you to open the door.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">And once you write it, then yes, read the other one.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">And you\u2019ll see it differently.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Not as a guide.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">But <b>as a companion.<\/b><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">Example story:<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>1.<\/b> <span data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\"><b>Outside the window\u2014blue. <\/b><\/span>Every shade of it. Everywhere. So intense, it almost made a sound.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>2. <\/b><b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">Suddenly, <\/b>a thunderous crash from the bedroom &#8211; the mirror had shattered, like the house itself was falling down.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>3.<\/b> Did it mean fourteen years of bad luck\u2014or fourteen years of silence<b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">?<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>4.<\/b> It felt <b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">like<\/b> a warning. <span data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\"><b>Like<\/b><\/span> the world was trying to wake me up. Make me finally see.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>5.<\/b> <b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">The cat, <\/b>as if she sensed my fear before I did, jumped onto the bed, rested her head on my hand, and whispered without sound\u2026 <b>&#8220;I see you.&#8221;<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>6<\/b><span data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 255, 255)\"><b>.<\/b> I didn\u2019t know if I<\/span> was dreaming or awake. If the <b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">sweat<\/b> on my face was real, or if my <b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">trembling<\/b> hands were part of the dream.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>7.<\/b> I only knew that it was all created by the force of my thoughts. The same voice that\u2019s chased me since I was a child, whispering, <b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">\u201cYou\u2019re not enough. You have to give to deserve.\u201d<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>8.<\/b> <b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">Even when<\/b> I succeeded in school, <b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">even when<\/b> my grades were the best, I always felt a vast emptiness when I stood among other people.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b>9.<\/b> I looked at myself through a small shard of the broken mirror and saw <b data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 224, 130)\">a curl of my hair <\/b>dancing in the breeze.
